Lucidsway is a brand operated by MegMultiMedia Pvt Ltd. References to “Lucidsway”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of this website and the organiser identified on the applicable event page.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Age, identity or venue restrictions shown on an event page form part of these terms.
3. Events, pricing and payment
Event descriptions, passes, inclusions, dates, venues, prices and taxes are shown before payment. Prices are charged in Indian rupees. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified and a digital pass is issued. Razorpay processes payment details; Lucidsway does not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.
4. Digital passes and entry
Your pass is linked to the registered account and event. Its QR code permits one successful entry unless the event page states otherwise. Do not publish or share the QR. Altered, duplicated, refunded or previously used passes may be refused.
5. Event conduct and changes
Guests must follow venue rules, lawful staff instructions and safety requirements. We may refuse or remove a person for unsafe, unlawful, abusive or disruptive conduct without a refund where permitted by law. Event timings, programming or venues may change for operational or safety reasons; material changes are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Cancellations, liability and law
Refunds and cancellations follow the policy published on this website and any event-specific terms shown before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of MegMultiMedia Pvt Ltd.
