Information we collect
When you use Google sign-in, we receive your verified email address, display name and Google account identifier. We also collect booking information such as the selected event and pass, referral or coupon use, order status and ticket entry status. We receive necessary payment identifiers and status from Razorpay. We do not receive your Google password or store complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords.
How we use it
We use information to create accounts, process bookings, issue and validate passes, communicate event updates, provide support, prevent misuse, administer referrals and comply with legal, tax and accounting duties.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only as needed with Google for sign-in, Razorpay for payments, Resend for transactional email, hosting, venue or event-service providers acting for us, and with authorities when legally required. Assigned event staff receive only the access needed for their event and role.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, dispute handling and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. We use access controls, server-side permissions and hashed ticket tokens, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
